A 2022 WIF Mentoring Program Writer Circle Mentee, Suzanne was mentored by showrunners Ja’Neika James and Ja’Sheika James (Bel-Air, Gossip Girl), and Emmy-winning producer Jamila Jordan-Theus. Suzanne’s a Stowe Story Labs/PAGE Awards Fellowship Winner, a CineStory TV Fellowship Finalist, twice a Nicholl Semifinalist, and an Austin Film Festival Screenwriting Finalist. An award-winning screenwriter living in Brooklyn with her son James and her husband Chris, Suzanne creates richly-layered dramas whose fierce, witty protagonists risk everything to reinvent themselves and the world around them.
